老年急性阑尾炎近年有上升趋势。我科1990～2001年共收治60岁以上急性阑尾炎38例,其中手术治疗35例。现就老年阑尾炎临床特点及治疗经验总结如下。1 临床资料本组男32例,女6例,年龄60～78岁。发病至就诊时间8～126h,平均38h。伴肺内感染及心血管疾病15例。占39.5%。误诊为溃疡病、胆囊炎、肠梗阻及泌尿系结石共5例。占13.2%。35例手术后诊断单纯性阑尾炎
Elderly acute appendicitis in recent years an upward trend. From 1990 to 2001, our department treated 38 patients with acute appendicitis over the age of 60, including 35 cases of surgical treatment. Clinical features and treatment of senile appendicitis are summarized below. 1 Clinical data The group of 32 males and 6 females, aged 60 to 78 years. The onset of treatment time 8 ~ 126h, an average of 38h. With pulmonary infection and cardiovascular disease in 15 cases. Accounting for 39.5%. Misdiagnosed as ulcer disease, cholecystitis, intestinal obstruction and urinary calculi in 5 cases. Accounting for 13.2%. 35 patients diagnosed simple appendicitis after surgery
