目的:针对临床当中X线、超声、磁共振成像多技术联合对乳腺良性(恶性)肿块进行鉴别的价值予以讨论和分析。方法:参照我院的实际情况,在我院2016年5月到2017年3月期间留存就诊影像病历资料的患者中择取出80名,其中包括39个小型病灶(即病灶的直径在2厘米及以下)。全部患者均接受乳腺X线、超声扫描以及磁共振成像联合的成像检查,将检查的结果和病理结果相互对照分析,计算敏感性以及特异性等;另外对照仅使用X线以及超声两者对小型病灶检出的概率,使用卡方进行检验。结果 :其一,X线联合超声、磁共振成像和仅联合超声与X线的敏感性、特异性等均没有显著的差异;其二,在小型病灶的检出概率上,磁共振成像的准确性最高,且和另外两种方法存在显著的差异。结论 :在临床当中,对于乳腺良性(恶性)肿块进行鉴别的过程当中,加以联用磁共振成像,能够提升乳腺肿块的检出率,尤其是针对一些小病灶进行鉴别,这种优势是非常有意义的,值得推广。
OBJECTIVE: To discuss and analyze the value of combining multi-technique of X-ray, ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of benign (malignant) breast mass in clinic.
