一水土保持是一种群众性的工作,必须和群众经验密切相结合。并且我国劳动人民有着极丰富的水土保持经验,有待科学工作者去总结和提高。中国科学院黄河中游水土保持综合考察队1955年以半年左右的时间在晋西地区进行普查,同时还选择了3个典型地点,进行重点规划工作。无疑的,这些工作有着极其重大的价值。但是这次水土保持综合考察队对于总结群众经验重视
