目的 观察 1986～ 1998年行穿透性角膜移植与白内障摘出及人工晶状体植入联合手术的疗效。方法 对 134例患白内障和部分中央性角膜白斑的患者在施行穿透性角膜移植时 ,从受植孔中摘出白内障 ,同时植入人工晶状体。结果 对其中 12 0例经 0 .5～12 a的随访 ,术后角膜移植片透明 99例 (82 .5 % ) ,混浊 2 1例 (17.5 % ) ,术后视力提高 92例 (76 .7% ) ,术眼脱盲 89例 (74.2 % )。结论 穿透性角膜移植与白内障摘出及人工晶状体植入治疗角膜白斑和白内障疾病具有视力恢复快、术后并发症发生率低等优点
Objective To observe the effect of penetrating keratoplasty combined with cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation combined surgery from 1986 to 1998. Methods One hundred and thirty-four patients with cataract and some central leukoplakia were treated with penetrating keratoplasty. Cataract was removed from the implant hole and the intraocular lens was implanted simultaneously. Results The follow-up of 120 cases was performed between 0 and 5 years. The postoperative corneal graft was transparent in 99 cases (82.5%), opacification in 21 cases (17.5%), postoperative visual acuity improved in 92 cases (76.7% %), Surgical eye blindness in 89 cases (74.2%). Conclusion Penetrating keratoplasty and cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation have the advantages of quick recovery of visual acuity and low postoperative complication rate in treating corneal leukoplakia and cataract
