铜绿假单胞菌是医院感染最常见的病原菌之一,对多种抗生素有天生的耐药性。近年来随着广谱抗菌药物的大量应用其耐药情况日趋严重,甚至出现了多药耐药及泛耐药株。泛耐药铜绿假单胞菌的耐药机制极为复杂,主要包括耐药基因突变、产生灭活酶、改变药物的作用靶点、药物渗透障碍与主动外排机制高表达、形成生物被膜等。本文就近年来有关的研究进展进行综述。
Pseudomonas aeruginosa is one of the most common pathogenic bacteria in nosocomial infections and has natural resistance to many antibiotics. In recent years, with the extensive use of broad-spectrum antibiotics, their drug resistance has become increasingly serious, and even multi-drug resistance and pan-drug-resistant strains have emerged. The mechanism of drug resistance of pan-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa is extremely complicated, mainly including mutations of drug-resistant genes, generation of inactivated enzymes, changes of drug targets, drug permeation disorders and high expression of active efflux mechanism to form biofilms. This article summarizes the research progress in recent years.
