探讨了具有灵敏度高、混合着色剂分离好和速度快等优点的高效液相色谱法对五种人工合成着色剂的检测。实验表明,在应用GB/T5009.35-2003第一法过程中,控制各实验条件:吸附、解吸附、浓缩温度及体积,梯度洗脱,变波长检测,含亮蓝的样品不用甲醇一甲酸溶液洗脱,各着色剂分离度良好,回收率满意。
The detection of five synthetic colorants by high performance liquid chromatography with high sensitivity, good separation of mixed colorants and high speed was discussed.
