目的在病媒生物监测中,为解决野外远距离、大面积、长时间的媒介昆虫、动物器官、血液标本的采集、保存和运输难题,保障带回实验室作为分离鉴定的媒介生物体内的病毒、细菌等仍具生物活性,研制一套便携设备和工具。方法该系统利用手持全球定位系统,对标本采集相关的地理因素进行定位;使用EBI温度记录仪,实时记录整个标本采集期间的温湿度以及标本保存温度的变化曲线;采用便携式冷藏冷冻设备对标本进行保存运输;使用多功能标本采集包,携带采样工具和其他设备;采用不间断供电装置保障电源不间断。结果整个系统启动后,横跨7个省市,行程15000多km,历时30d,经火车、汽车、山路、公路、铁路、荒漠草原以及人工搬运等,设备运转正常,标本完整无损,运动轨迹全程以电子文档形式记录在案;标本保存温度始终保持在-15.2℃以下。结论FGT-A型野外生物活性标本采集保存运输监测系统具有携带方便、保存标本完整、制冷速度快、保温效果好、抗震效果强、无噪音、功耗低、节省经费等优点。在疾病监测工作中,是采集、保存以及长途运输野外生物活性标本的理想工具。
OBJECTIVE To solve the problem of collecting, storing and transporting long-range, large-area and long-term vector insects, animal organs and blood samples in the field of vector bioengineering and to ensure that the virus brought back to the laboratory as a vector organ for isolation and identification , Bacteria, etc. are still bioactive, developing a set of portable devices and tools. Methods The system uses hand-held global positioning system (GPS) to locate the geographical factors related to the specimen collection. The temperature and humidity of the whole specimen collection and the change of the specimen storage temperature are recorded in real time using the EBI temperature recorder. The specimens are carried by the portable refrigerated and frozen equipment Save and transport; Use multi-purpose specimen collection kit, carry sampling tools and other equipment; Uninterruptible power supply device to ensure uninterrupted power supply. Results After the whole system was started, the system was operated normally across seven provinces and cities with a journey of more than 15,000 km and a duration of 30 days. The equipment was operated normally by trains, cars, mountain roads, highways, railways, desert grasslands and the like. Recorded in the form of electronic documents; specimen preservation temperature remained below -15.2 ℃. Conclusion FGT-A field bioactive specimens collection and transportation monitoring system has the advantages of easy to carry, complete preservation of specimens, fast cooling rate, good thermal insulation effect, strong anti-seismic effect, no noise, low power consumption and cost saving. In disease surveillance, it is an ideal tool for collecting, preserving, and transporting biologically active specimens in the wild long distances.
