今天的孩子,将是21世纪的主人,他们肩负着中华民族未来的命运。对他们来说,掌握扎实的本领才是踏上人生之旅的动力。因此,教师应做到:相信学生,让学生会学。锻炼学生,让学生能学、坚持学。教师要通过各种方法使学生的人格健康发展,个性得以充分发挥,最终成为一名德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的新型人才。
Today’s children will be the masters of the 21st century. They shoulder the destiny of the future of the Chinese nation. To them, to grasp the solid skills is the driving force of life journey. Therefore, teachers should do: believe in the students, let the students learn. Exercise students to enable students to learn, adhere to learn. Through various methods, teachers should make students develop healthily and their personality be brought into full play, eventually becoming a new type of talent with all-round development in virtue, intelligence, sports, beauty and labor.
