290型轨道车为常见的轨道工程车辆,换向分动箱是轨道车传动系统不可或缺的装置,传统的液力换向传动箱机构复杂、成本偏高。本设计采用汽车机械传动箱技术研制机械换向分动箱,以较高的性价比实现轨道车的传动。介绍了290型轨道车机械换向分动箱的主要结构特点。
The Model 290 railcar is a common track engineering vehicle. The reversing transfer case is an indispensable device for the railcar transmission system. The traditional hydraulic reversing gearbox has complicated mechanism and high cost. The design of automotive mechanical transmission technology to develop mechanical transfer to transfer case, a higher cost of rail vehicles to achieve transmission. The main structural features of the mechanical transfer transfer case for Model 290 railcar are introduced.
