9月27日,最高人民法院《中国审判》杂志社在广西壮族自治区北海市召开全国法院记者站站长会议。最高人民法院副院长江必新出席会议并作重要讲话。江必新要求,与会代表要认真学习贯彻落实全国政法宣传工作会议和全国法院宣传工作会议精神,总结《中国审判》杂志一年来运营的经验与得失,商讨《中国审判》杂志的发展大计,扩大杂志的发行量与影响力,挖掘潜力提升杂志的品质,传播司法正能量,为人民法院各项工作的科学发展营造良好的舆论氛围。最高人民法院政治部宣教部部长董文濮和广西壮族自治区高级人民法院常务副院长蒋浦、副院长兰海宁,北海市委常委、政法委书记伍国辉出席了会议。会议由人民法院出版社社长、《中国审判》杂志社社长杨亚平主持。江必新强调,当前新媒体具有便捷、即时、交互、共享、全天候、全覆盖、无限量、超文本链接等特点,使我国信息传播、社会舆论生态和公正参与方式发生了深刻变化。因此,充分激活《中国审判》宣传的正能量,就要准确把握新媒体时代的传播规律。
On September 27, Supreme People's Court “China Trial” magazine held a webmaster meeting of national court reporters in Beihai, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Jiang Bi Xin, vice president of the Supreme People's Court, attended the meeting and made an important speech. Jiang Bixin urged delegates to conscientiously study and implement the propaganda work conference of the whole country and the propaganda work conference of the national courts, summarize the experience and gains and losses of the operation of “China Trial” magazine in the past year, discuss the development plans of “China Trial” magazine and expand the magazine's Circulation and influence, tap the potential to enhance the quality of the magazine, dissemination of the positive energy of justice, for the scientific development of the people's court work to create a good atmosphere of public opinion. Dong Wenpu, Minister of Education Department of the Political Department of the Supreme People's Court, Jiang Pu, Vice President of the Higher People's Court of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and Lan Haining, Vice President of the Beihai Municipal Party Committee, Wu Guifei, Secretary of the Politics and Law Committee attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Yang Yaping, president of People's Court Publishing House and president of China Tribune magazine. Jiang Bixin emphasized that the current new media is characterized by convenient, immediate, interactive, shared, all-weather, full coverage, unlimited quantity and hypertext links, which have profoundly changed the way of information dissemination, social ecology and fair participation in our country. Therefore, to fully activate the positive energy of propaganda in “China's trial,” we must accurately grasp the law of communication in the new media era.
