研究了棉花杂种和亲本在生化上的特性以及与 F_1优势的关系。在测定产量的同时采用等电聚焦电泳和 HPLC 技术,对 F_1 和亲本的过氧化物酶同工酶、种胚ATP、ADP、AMP 含量分析的结果表明:供试材料间存在差异,过氧化物酶同工酶、腺苷磷酸含量和产量三者的变化趋势明显一致。ATP、ADP、AMP 的总和与产量有较好的相关性。F_1和亲本的过氧化物酶同工酶、腺苷磷酸含量可作为预测 F_1优势的生化指标之一,对筛选高优势组合具有一定价值。优势组合的 F_1在上述生化指标上除需具有超亲优势外,还要具有竞争优势,这是预测和筛选组合的一个重要依据。
The biochemical characteristics of cotton hybrids and their parents as well as their relationship to F 1 dominance were studied. The results of isoenzyme, embryo ATP, ADP and AMP contents in F_1 and their parents showed that there was a difference between the tested materials and the peroxide The changes of enzyme isoenzyme, adenosine phosphate content and yield were in agreement. The sum of ATP, ADP and AMP had a good correlation with the yield. Peroxidase isoenzyme and adenosine monophosphate content of F_1 and its parents could be used as one of the biochemical indexes to predict the superiority of F_1 and have some value for screening high-quality combinations. In addition to the above-mentioned biochemical indicators, F_1 has a competitive advantage in addition to the above-mentioned biochemical indicators, which is an important basis for the combination of prediction and screening.
