圆形截面的钢筋混凝土烟囱在风荷载作用下的受力性能已有较为成熟的研究成果,但钢筋混凝土方烟囱目前还研究较少,尤其是在风荷载作用下的内力分布。通过对东莞一套筒式钢筋混凝土方烟囱采用MIDAS软件进行风荷载作用下的有限元分析,得出其受力特点,包括模态分析得出其周期和振型分布、风荷载作用下的轴力和位移分布、剪力滞后效应随高度增高而逐渐减弱、烟囱墙体从受拉控制逐渐变为受压控制、倾覆弯矩随高度的变化情况、安装洞及烟道进口处的应力分析。通过受力分析对烟囱重点部位进行加强以保证结构的整体性能和使用安全,并对方烟囱的横向风振进行了探讨。
The research on the mechanical properties of circular concrete chimney under wind load has been relatively mature. However, there are few studies on the chimney of reinforced concrete at present, especially the internal force distribution under wind load. Through the finite element analysis of a set of reinforced concrete chimney in Dongguan using MIDAS software, the force characteristics of the chimney obtained by the wind load are obtained, including the modal analysis of the distribution of the periodic and mode shapes, the influence of wind load on the axis The distribution of force and displacement, shear lag effect decreases gradually with increasing height. The chimney wall gradually changes from tension control to compression control, and the overturning moment varies with height, and the stress analysis of the installation hole and the entrance of flue. Through the stress analysis, the key parts of the chimney are strengthened to ensure the overall performance and safety of the structure, and the lateral wind vibration of the chimney is discussed.
