作者对1983年10月~1986年5月间任意挑选的44例急性白血病,采用染色体分带技术进行了研究。病人和方法病人根据 FAB 分类标准分类,其中男24、女20例。29例为急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL),15例为急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)。年龄15~76(平均44.1)岁。所有病例均采用吉姆萨分带技术(G 分带)进行染色体分析。每例最低限度分析25个有丝分裂的细胞及多于5个有代表性的有丝分裂中期的核型。正常与异常克隆的定义是根据第四届国际白血病染色体工厂的标准。
The authors studied 44 cases of acute leukemia randomly selected from October 1983 to May 1986 using chromosomal banding technique. Patients and Methods Patients were classified according to FAB classification criteria, including 24 males and 20 females. Twenty-nine were acute non-lymphocytic leukemia (ANLL) and 15 were acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Age 15 ~ 76 (average 44.1) years old. Chromosome analysis was performed using Giemsa zoning (G-banding) in all cases. Each case is analyzed for a minimum of 25 mitotic cells and more than 5 representative metaphase karyotypes. The definition of normal and abnormal clones is based on the criteria of the 4th International Leukemia Chromosome Factory.
