通常有两种流行的技术创新模式:率先创新模式和技术跟随模式。两种创新模式都可以与企业的基本战略有机地整合起来。对于采取率先创新成果能够有效地推动企业的技术创新,从而降低企业的生产成本或开发出高附加值的独特产品。而对于采取技术跟随战略的企业,它们往往是通过学习、模仿,以吸纳外生的知识创新与技术创新成果,来达到降低企业的生产成本或提高产品的高附加值的同样目的。
There are generally two popular modes of technological innovation: the first to innovate and the second to follow. Both types of innovation can be organically integrated with the company's basic strategy. To take the lead in innovation can effectively promote the technological innovation of enterprises, thus reducing the production costs of enterprises or develop high value-added unique products. For enterprises adopting technology follow-up strategy, they tend to achieve the same goal of reducing the production cost of enterprises or increasing the high added-value of products by learning and imitating so as to absorb exogenous knowledge and technological innovations.
