目的通过基因分析,建立江苏口岸常见鼠形动物Cytb基因数据库和进化树,为口岸常见鼠形动物进行分子鉴定奠定基础。方法通过基因扩增、构建质粒载体、测序等方法,建立江苏口岸常见鼠形动物Cytb基因数据库。结果获得了褐家鼠、黄胸鼠、小家鼠、黑线姬鼠和大麝鼩等5种鼠形动物全长Cytb基因,并建立了5种鼠形动物Cytb基因进化树。结论建立了江苏口岸常见鼠形动物Cytb基因数据库和进化树,为实现部分鼠形动物的分类鉴定奠定了基础。
Objective To establish a database of phylogenetic tree and phylogenetic tree of common rat in Jiangsu port by genetic analysis and lay the foundation for the molecular identification of common mouse in port. Methods By means of gene amplification, plasmid vector construction and sequencing, the Cytb gene database of common mouse-shaped animals in Jiangsu port was established. Results The full - length Cytb gene of five species of rodents such as Rattus norvegicus, Rattus flavipectus, Mus musculus, Apodemus agrarius, and Muskrat Musa were obtained and the phylogenetic tree of Cytb was established. Conclusion The Cytb gene database and phylogenetic tree of rat common in Jiangsu Province were established, which laid the foundation for the classification and identification of some mouse-type animals.
