国务院办公厅下发的《关于进一步支持甘肃经济社会发展的若干意见》,明确提出甘肃要努力建设文化大省,这对我省今后的发展意义十分重大。当前,各级党委、政府,特别是宣传思想文化战线一定要认清形势,统一思想,坚定信心,以扎实工作的态度和改革创新的精神,努力建设富有甘肃特色的文化大省。
The “Opinions on Further Supporting the Economic and Social Development of Gansu” issued by the General Office of the State Council clearly states that Gansu should strive to build a large cultural province, which is of great significance to the future development of our province. At present, the party committees and governments at various levels, especially the propaganda and ideological and cultural frontlines, must make a clear understanding of the situation, unify their thinking and build their confidence. They should work hard to build a culturally rich province rich in Gansu with a solid working attitude and a spirit of reform and innovation.
