在确保公产、承认私产、增加市有土地及建设城市的政策方针下,我们的任务是继续进行登记、清理公私产权、管理土地使用,并继续完成原市区地形修整及进行扩大天津市测量工作。在五一年我们计划进行下列各项工作:一、房地产登记:(一)总登记:截至五○年底,全市各区段的房地产总登记只剩三区二、三、四段及九区二段尚未开办,五一年自四月一日至六月三十日办理三区二、三、四段登记,计为六、七六八起,自八月一日至九月十五日办理九区二段登记计为二、三八三起。
