目的观察在白内障超声乳化摘除术中应用双线性技术能否有效减少平均能量及时间,从而减少角膜并发症。方法使用Millenium型超声乳化仪,应用双线性技术,术中随时调整负压,对260例(365眼)白内障患者实施超声乳化摘除术。结果术中平均超声能量研究组为11%±6%,对照组为18%±7%;平均超声时间研究组为1.13’±0.49’,对照组为1.52’±0.66’;统计学分析均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。术后三天时,研究组与对照组的角膜内皮细胞数分别为2307.46±388.45、2198.61±381.25,二者间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论应用双线性超声乳化技术,可在线性负压条件下使用超声能量,充分发挥拦截劈裂的技术优势,减少超声能量及时间,降低角膜并发症的发生率。
Objective To observe whether the application of bilinear technique in phacoemulsification cataract can effectively reduce the average energy and time, thus reducing the corneal complications. Methods Millenium phacoemulsification instrument was used to perform phacoemulsification on 260 cases (365 eyes) of cataract patients with bilinear technique. The negative pressure was adjusted at any time during operation. Results The average intraoperative ultrasonic energy was 11% ± 6% in the study group and 18% ± 7% in the control group. The average time of ultrasound was 1.13 ± 0.49 in the study group and 1.52 ± 0.66 in the control group. Significant difference (P <0.05). Three days after surgery, the number of corneal endothelial cells in the study group and the control group were 2307.46 ± 388.45 and 2198.61 ± 381.25, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion The bilinear phacoemulsification technique can use ultrasonic energy under the condition of linear negative pressure, give full play to the technical advantages of interception and splitting, reduce the ultrasonic energy and time, and reduce the incidence of corneal complications.
