婴儿腹泻是我国最常见的消化道综合征.婴儿腹泻分感染性和非感染性两大类.感染性腹泻除了已有固定名称如“细菌性痢疾”、“鼠伤寒”、“霍乱”等外,其他感染如大肠埃希菌、轮状病毒、真菌等所引起的感染及不明原因引起的感染,都诊断为小儿肠炎.病原明确者则加以说明,如大肠埃希菌肠炎、轮状病毒肠炎等.肠道内的感染是引起腹泻的主要原因;肠道外的感染亦可引起腹泻,如中耳炎、肺炎、泌尿系感染等,可引起胃肠道功能紊乱而导致腹泻,年龄越小越易发生.另外,喂养不当、食物过敏、药物影响、气候变化等亦可引起婴儿腹泻.
