随着绿色能源开发不断深入,核电工程作为低碳经济的有力支持者,不断被提到建设日程。核电工程建设中,混凝土生产在施工中的基础安全地位日益提高。加强混凝土管理是提高施工速度、工程质量和经济效益的重要保障。混凝土搅拌站是基础设施建设中不可或缺的生产设备,同时又是一个由多环节组成的复杂控制系统。本文叙述了笔者在施工中对核电工程混凝土生产的认识,主要从机械管理、原材管理、搅拌、运输、泵送作业程序等方面进行了一些分析。
With the deepening development of green energy, nuclear power projects as a strong supporter of the low-carbon economy are constantly being referred to the construction schedule. In the construction of nuclear power project, the basic safety status of concrete production in construction is increasing day by day. Strengthening concrete management is an important guarantee to improve the construction speed, project quality and economic benefits. Concrete mixing plant is an indispensable production equipment in infrastructure construction, and at the same time it is a complicated control system composed of many links. This paper describes the author in the construction of nuclear power engineering concrete production awareness, mainly from the mechanical management, raw material management, mixing, transportation, pumping operations procedures conducted some analysis.
