北京国图总公司王越同志是本刊当之无愧的“忠实读者”,他已年逾古稀,虽然视力极差(高度老花达600余度),仍长期阅读本刊印刷不太精良的文章,非常关心国防现代化。从今年5月份起,王越同志给我们寄来四封长信,纵谈国际形势,提出自已对我国国防建设的看法,在战略对策上发表了自己的意见。为了认真贯彻“百家争鸣”的方针,对我国国防现代化出谋献策,现将王越同志的几封来信加上标题择要发表,供国防决策的领导同志和国防科工战线的同志们参考。迎欢广大读者给本刊来信来稿,对国内外发展形势或对本刊发表的各种学术、技术文章,进行不同观点的讨论。——编者
