急性心肌梗死恶性室性心律失常患者的预后研究

目的:探讨急性心肌梗死恶性室性心律失常患者的预后。方法:选取45例急性心肌梗死恶性室性心律失常患者作为观察组和45例冠心病非急性心肌梗死恶性室性心律失常患者作为对照组,接受电除颤、电复律、植入型心律转复除颤器及相关药物救治,对比分析两组患者预后情况。结果:两组患者接受救治后24 h成功率分别为77.77%、100%,2周内存活率分别为66.66%、88.88%,1年内存活率分别57.77%、84.44%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性心肌梗死恶性室性心律失常患者的死亡率很高,对该类患者应立即采取电除颤器、电复律及相关药物救治措施,改善预后,降低死亡率。 Objective: To investigate the prognosis of patients with malignant ventricular arrhythmias after acute myocardial infarction. Methods: Forty-five patients with malignant ventricular arrhythmias of acute myocardial infarction were selected as the observation group and 45 patients with non-acute myocardial infarction with malignant ventricular arrhythmias as the control group. They received electrical defibrillation, electrical cardioversion, Defibrillator and related drugs for treatment, comparative analysis of two groups of patients prognosis. Results: The success rates at 24 h after treatment were 77.77% and 100%, respectively. The survival rates in two weeks were 66.66% and 88.88%, respectively. The survival rates in one year were 57.77% and 84.44% respectively. There were significant differences between the two groups Statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: The mortality of patients with malignant ventricular arrhythmia due to acute myocardial infarction is very high. For these patients, defibrillator, electrical cardioversion and related drugs should be taken immediately to improve the prognosis and reduce the mortality rate.
