高一年级,多数学生刚接触到高中物理就会感到学习困难。由于高中物理的物理情景更加抽象、处理问题时对推理和判断以及数学运算的要求更高,学生在学习过程中思维遇到了障碍又得不到及时解决的话,时间一长学生便会觉得物理难学而容易失去信心。所以,学生思维习惯和能力的培养是高中初始阶段最紧要的工作。本文从笔者高一年级的实际教学中,对如何通过习题课提高学生的思维能力做了一定的探索,从而认为思维能力的培养要通过学生的主动参与,使学生的思维一步一步显性化,这样教师才能提供有效指导,以提高物理思维能力和解题能力,而“思维可视化”是培养学生思维能力并促使其发展的有效手段。

In this paper, I do some exploration on how to improve students’ thinking ability through the exercises class from the actual teaching of the first grade of the author. I think that the cultivation of thinking ability should make the thinking of students step by step explicit through the active participation of students, In this way, teachers can provide effective guidance to improve the ability of physical thinking and problem solving, and “visual thinking” is to develop students’ thinking ability and promote its development.
