我国的工程造价管理行业经过几十年的发展,已经从最原始的手动绘制转型为依据计算机软件来实现绘图计算,同时采用这种绘制模式有助于工程造价模式的发展,但是就我国工程造价管理的发展现状来看,我国的工程造价管理工作起步较晚,起点较低,虽然整体化的水平较高,但实际上精细化程度不够。基于此,本文作者结合自身实践就BIM技术在工程造价中的应用现状以及应对策略进行分析,以供同仁参考。
After decades of development, China’s engineering cost management industry has been transformed from the most primitive manual rendering to drawing calculation based on computer software. At the same time, this drawing mode is helpful for the development of engineering cost model. However, Management of the status quo, our country’s project cost management started later, a lower starting point, although the higher the overall level, but in fact the degree of refinement is not enough. Based on this, the author of this article, combined with his own practice, analyzes the current status of BIM technology in engineering cost and its coping strategies for colleagues’ reference.
