各位领导,各位代表:这次大会是在全面贯彻中央六号文件精神,加强和改善宏观调控措施,深入学习社会主义市场经济理论的新形势下召开的,这必将对我区会计理论研究和财务会计工作起到积极的促进作用。大会开了两天,即将闭幕。由于全体代表和工作人员的努力,会议开得很成功,已圆满完成了预定的议程:回顾四年,总结了经验,提高了认识:明确了今后四年学会工作的主要任务;围绕以会计改革为中心,以贯彻实行“两则”、“两制”为基本内容,开展了学术研讨和交流;进行了换届选举,产生了新的理事会和学会领导成员。
Dear Leaders and Deputies, This General Assembly is convened under the new situation of fully implementing the spirit of the Sixth Document of the Central Committee, strengthening and improving macro-economic control measures and studying in depth the socialist market economy theory. This will surely bring about the study of the accounting theory of our region and Financial accounting has played a positive role in promoting. The General Assembly opened for two days, coming to an end. Thanks to the efforts of all delegates and staff, the meeting was successfully completed and the scheduled agenda has been satisfactorily completed. Looking back on the past four years, we have summed up the experience and raised our awareness of the major tasks of learning to work in the next four years. As the center, carried out academic discussion and exchange on the basis of implementing the “two principles” and “two systems” as its basic content; conducted the general election and created new councils and learned leadership members.
