在分析林业低碳产业链共生系统基础上,构建林业低碳产业链共生系统结构模型,提出林业低碳产业链共生系统具有群落性、资源投入减量化、生态性和经济增值性等特征。各个共生单元内部和共生单元构成的共生系统可具有相似的动力机制,以林业加工制造单元为例,在假设加工制造单元由制浆主体、造纸主体和板材加工主体构成的基础上,构建了资源消耗(林木资源分段分级利用、非林资源消耗、废弃物循环利用)、生产投入和产量的函数关系,经求解得到单个主体参与共生系统后收益增加,三主体构成的共生系统所产生的收益大于三主体独自运营收益之和。结果表明:当主体预期参与共生系统可获得较独立运营的增量收益时,节点企业才有动力参与产业链;当产业链节点企业构建共生系统也能够获得增量收益时,节点企业才有动力组建林业低碳产业链共生系统。最后提出延伸林业产业链以扩大共生主体范围,推进林产品加工制造共生单元的资源消耗减量化,探索新型的共生模式等建议。
Based on the analysis of the symbiotic system of forestry low-carbon industrial chain, this paper constructs the symbiotic system structure model of forestry low-carbon industrial chain and puts forward that the symbiotic system of forestry low-carbon industrial chain is characterized by such features as community, resource reduction, ecological and economic value-added. The results show that when the main body is expected to participate in the symbiosis system to gain more incremental revenue than the independent operation, the node enterprises have the motivation to participate in the industrial chain. When the industrial chain node enterprises can build incremental symbiosis system, the node enterprises have the motivation Establish forestry low-carbon industrial chain symbiosis system. At last, it puts forward some suggestions such as extending the forestry industry chain to expand the scope of the symbiosis main body, pushing down the resource consumption reduction of the symbiotic units for processing and manufacturing of forest products, and exploring new symbiotic modes.
