Diabetic peripheral artery disease (PAD) is not a specific complication of diabetes, but the risk of developing lower extremity arterial disease in diabetic patients is two times more than that of non-diabetic patients. Compared with non-diabetic patients, diabetic patients are more often involved Deep femoral artery and anterior tibial artery and other small and medium arteries. In our country, the prevalence of PAD in diabetic patients over 50 is 19.47% ~ 23.80%. In addition to causing ischemic ulceration and amputation of lower extremities, more importantly, the risk of diabetic PAD on the body is significantly increased in these patients with cardiovascular events and higher mortality. The main cause of death in patients with PAD is cardiovascular events, cardiovascular events after 1 year of diagnosis
