用体重250~300g的成年雄性大鼠,研究~(60)Co 2000rad一次全身照射后,肝内ACPase与ATPase的变化。在照后1、2、3天内将动物断头杀死、取材,恒冷箱切片,用组织化学与细胞化学方法处理。对照组ACPase反应物主要集中于毛细胆管附近,肝小叶周围较小叶中央酶活性显若。ATPase反应物的分布与ACPase的相似。照射1天后,ACPase与ATPase的酶活性略减,2~3天后?明显增强。电镜观察与光镜观察结果一致。对上述实验结果进行了讨论。
The changes of intrahepatic ACPase and ATPase in adult male rats weighing 250-300 g after a single systemic irradiation with ~ (60) Co 2000 rad were studied. The animals were decapitated and killed within 1, 2, 3 days after irradiation, and the samples were obtained from the cryostat and processed by histochemistry and cytochemistry. The control group ACPase reactants are mainly concentrated in the vicinity of the bile duct, lobular around the smaller leaf central enzyme activity was significant. The distribution of ATPase reactants is similar to ACPase. The activity of ACPase and ATPase slightly decreased after 1 day of irradiation, and obviously increased after 2 ~ 3 days. Electron microscopy and light microscopy observations. The above experimental results are discussed.
