一、加强公用事业价格管理和改革的基本情况2007年10月,由国家发改委价格司、国家发改委经济研究所、陕西省物价局、广东省物价局等单位组成的加拿大公用事业考察团,对加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚、阿尔伯塔、安大略三省的公用事业价格改革与监管进行了考察。本报告主要从几点有启示的作法及可借鉴的操作性方面汇报一下考察成果。
First, to strengthen the basic situation of public utilities price management and reform In October 2007, by the National Development and Reform Commission Price Division, National Development and Reform Commission Institute of Economic Research, Shaanxi Provincial Price Bureau, the Guangdong Provincial Price Bureau and other units of the Canadian public utilities delegation to Canada Public utilities price reform and regulation in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario were examined. This report mainly reports on the achievements of the inspection from several enlightenment practices and learnable operational aspects.
