随着我国就业形势的日益严峻,高等职业院校根据自身特点和定位,进行有效的职业指导的重要性日益突显。以“职业、心理、专业”三点为核心,对构建高职院校全程职业指导体系进行研究,为具有高等职业教育特色的职业指导进行了有益的探索。
With the increasingly serious employment situation in our country, the importance of effective vocational guidance by higher vocational colleges according to their own characteristics and positioning has become increasingly prominent. With “three points of occupation, psychology and specialty” as the core, the author studies the whole vocational guidance system in higher vocational colleges and makes a useful exploration for vocational guidance with the characteristics of higher vocational education.
