目的观察一种稳定二氧化氯消毒液的杀菌效果及毒性。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物毒性试验对其进行了实验研究。结果用含二氧化氯29 mg/L的该消毒液对悬液内大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌作用2.5m in,平均杀灭对数值均>5.00;对白色念珠菌平均杀灭对数值>4.00。用含二氧化氯38 mg/L的该消毒液进行擦拭消毒作用5 m in,对桌面、台面、门、推车等表面自然菌的平均杀灭对数值为1.29。该消毒液最高使用浓度的5倍浓度溶液对小鼠的急性经口毒性LD50大于20 000 mg/kg(体重);对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验阴性。结论该稳定二氧化氯消毒液具有较好杀菌效果,属实际无毒级。
Objective To observe the bactericidal effect and toxicity of a stable chlorine dioxide disinfectant.
