目的探讨二维超声及彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)在膀胱癌诊断和分期中的价值。方法应用二维超声及CDFI检查对43例膀胱癌患者进行术前诊断,在此基础上进行声像图分期,并与手术后病理结果对照。结果 43例膀胱癌超声诊断与病理诊断符合率为93.0%(40/43),超声分期与病理分期符合率为75.0%(30/40),膀胱癌中CDFI显示率为85.01%(34/40)。结论二维超声及CDFI检查对膀胱癌的诊断和分期具有较好的可信性和实用性,可作为膀胱癌检测的首选方法。
Objective To investigate the value of two-dimensional ultrasonography and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in the diagnosis and staging of bladder cancer. Methods Forty-three cases of bladder cancer were diagnosed preoperatively by two-dimensional ultrasonography and CDFI. On the basis of this, sonographic staging was performed and compared with postoperative pathological findings. Results The coincidence rate of ultrasonic diagnosis and pathological diagnosis of 43 cases of bladder cancer was 93.0% (40/43). The coincidence rate of ultrasonic staging and pathological staging was 75.0% (30/40). The positive rate of CDFI in bladder cancer was 85.01% (34/40) ). Conclusion Two-dimensional ultrasound and CDFI examination of bladder cancer diagnosis and staging has a good credibility and practicability, can be used as the preferred method of bladder cancer detection.
