为了克服经典容量评分法对冠状动脉钙化测量的局限性(包括准确性、检查中的偏差、依赖于斑块密度和采集参数),研发了一种基于网格容积测量方法。在精确度方面与经典容量评分法进行比较和评价,即正常化容积(测量容积/实际容积)和检查中的偏差(准确度的标准差)。使用不同的管电压、重建程序,从不同的位置和方向及不同的层厚对含有各种圆柱钙化心脏CT仿真模型进行扫描。新方法检测所有斑块的平均精确度(1.220±0.507)显著高于经典容量评分法(1.896±1.095)(P<0.0001)。
To overcome the limitations of coronary volume measurement (including accuracy, bias in examination, reliance on plaque density, and acquisition parameters) of classical capacity scoring, a grid-based volumetric measurement method was developed. In terms of accuracy and classic capacity scoring method for comparison and evaluation, that is normalized volume (volume measured / actual volume) and the deviation of the inspection (standard deviation of accuracy). Using different tube voltages, the procedure was reconstructed to scan various models of cylindrical calcified cardiac CT scans from different locations and orientations and different slice thicknesses. The average accuracy of the new method for detecting all plaques (1.220 ± 0.507) was significantly higher than that of the classical capacity score (1.896 ± 1.095) (P <0.0001).
