肾绞痛是泌尿外科急症,多是由泌尿系结石所致,而且大部分为输尿管结石,因而所谓的肾绞痛其实大都是输尿管绞痛[1]。临床上常把其他疾病引起的腰腹部疼痛误诊为泌尿系结石引起的肾绞痛[2]。本研究回顾分析急诊科2010年7月至2012年12月期间首诊误诊为肾绞痛的病例,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料:我院急诊科第一诊断为泌尿系结石性肾绞痛共16例,其中男12例,女4例。年龄24~65岁,平均45岁。
Renal colic is a urological emergency, mostly caused by urinary stones, and most of the ureteral stones, so the so-called renal colic are in fact mostly ureteral colic [1]. Clinically often caused by other diseases of the waist and abdomen pain misdiagnosed as urinary stones caused by renal colic [2]. This study retrospectively analyzed emergency department from July 2010 to December 2012 during the first visit misdiagnosed as renal colic cases, are as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information: The first emergency department of our hospital diagnosed as urolithiasis renal colic 16 cases, including 12 males and 4 females. Aged 24 to 65 years old, average 45 years old.
