为研究二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)的遗传毒性,选择85名作业工人和75名非暴露工人为研究对象,采用甲基纤维素法和单细胞凝胶电泳法,分析其微核发生率和DNA断裂损伤,研究显示作业工人微核发生率和DNA断裂损伤的细胞数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且存在一定的剂量-效应关系。提示DMF暴露可致工人遗传损伤,DNA断裂可作为暴露人群的早期效应标志物。
In order to study the genotoxicity of dimethylformamide (DMF), 85 workers and 75 non-exposed workers were selected as study subjects. Methylcellulose and single cell gel electrophoresis were used to analyze the incidence of micronuclei and DNA damage, the study showed that the number of micronuclei in workers and DNA damage were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05), and there was a dose-response relationship. Suggesting that DMF exposure can cause genetic damage to workers and that DNA fragmentation can serve as an early effect marker of exposure to the population.
