零件信息是CAPP与CAM各个环节之间进行数据交换与共享的前提条件,建立一个适于各环节的零件信息模型,是正确产生机制工艺,实现CIMS集成的关键。本文论述了运用WIN-DOWS软件的面向对象的设计思想和特征造型技术,建立信息特征模型,是解决CAPP以及CIMS集成技术问题的一种有效的解决方法,并着重介绍了基于WINDOWS软件研制开发的HZCAPP系统箱体零件信息建立的特征模型,以及基于此模型建立的信息层次输入法
Part information is a prerequisite for data exchange and sharing between CAPP and CAM. Establishing a part information model suitable for all aspects is the key to correctly produce the mechanism technology and realize the integration of CIMS. This article discusses the use of WIN-DOWS software object-oriented design and feature modeling technology, the establishment of information feature model is to solve CAPP and CIMS integration technology issues an effective solution and focuses on the development of software based on WINDOWS HZCAPP system box component information to establish the characteristics of the model, as well as based on the model established by the information level input method
