患者,男,1967年5月生,河南省洛宁县人。因低热早轻晚重,有时高热,伴有咳嗽盗汗四月余,于1975年10月17日就诊于洛宁县某医院。有食生蟹史。查体T38.5℃,精神欠佳,腹胀,肝界不清,上腹部有压痛,右肺呼吸音减弱。WBC12×10~3/L,ESR90mm/b。胸片提示右肺下野有大片絮状阴影,肺门区有块状阴影。用抗生素及抗痨治疗不见好转,体质明显消瘦。1976年2月3日,突然高烧39℃,腹痛难忍,四肢发僵,继而出现神志
