目的探讨16层螺旋CT在CTA检查脑动脉瘤的诊断应用价值。方法应用16层螺旋CT对23例颅内动脉瘤的患者进行CTA检查和经后处理成像,与DSA和手术结果对照。结果本组23例患者CTA中发现动脉瘤26个(其中3例为2个动脉瘤),发病部位分布依次为前交通动脉15个、后交通动脉5个、大脑前动脉3个、大脑中动脉2个、基底动脉1个。CTA显示动脉瘤的部位、大小及其与周围血管关系与DSA和手术结果基本一致。结论16层螺旋CT在应用CTA检查脑动脉瘤的诊断准确率很高,作为一种无创、安全、可靠、简捷的检查手段,具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the value of 16-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of cerebral aneurysm by CTA. Methods Twenty-three patients with intracranial aneurysms were examined by CTA and post-operative imaging with 16-slice spiral CT. The results were compared with DSA and surgical results. Results Twenty-six aneurysms (3 aneurysms were found in CTA) were found in 23 patients in this study. The distribution of pathogenesis included 15 anterior communicating artery, 5 posterior communicating artery, 3 anterior cerebral artery, 3 middle cerebral artery 2, 1 basilar artery. CTA showed aneurysm location, size and the relationship with the surrounding blood vessels and DSA and surgical results are basically the same. Conclusion The 16-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of cerebral aneurysms using CTA has a high diagnostic accuracy. As a noninvasive, safe, reliable and simple method, it has important clinical value.
