根据国家劳动就业和社会保障部令,从今年7月1日开始,90个工种的从业人员必须持证上岗。“制图员”(合并了以前的“描图员”和“制图员”两个工种)属于90个工种之内,相应的从业人员也必须持证上岗。为了满足广大相关从业人员的要求和在校学员的要求,我校继续教育中心和机电系共同承担起“制图员”职业培训工作(学员通过培训,经考试合格后.可以拿到国家劳动就业和社会保障部门颁发的《制图员职业资格证书》)。目前已完成了第一期的职业培训,并正在积极着手准备第二期的培训工作。我们通过《制图员》职业培训的筹备工作和教学工作的实践,得到了如下一些启示和思考:一、职业培训的教育价值
