目的:研究戈壁天冬乙醇提取物(ethanol extract of Asparagus gobicus,EEA)的体外抗肿瘤活性。方法:使用MTT法测定EEA对体外培养人宫颈癌细胞Hela、人肺腺癌细胞A549、人肝癌细胞HepG2和人胃癌细胞SGC7901的增殖抑制作用。使用DAPI/Rh123双染色法荧光显微镜下观察两种化合物对Hela细胞凋亡的影响。结果:EEA对4种肿瘤细胞均有明显抑制作用,200mg·L-1的EEA作用于Hela细胞48h后,细胞凋亡率可达80.17%。结论:戈壁天冬乙醇提取物对多种肿瘤细胞有较强的增殖抑制作用,并可诱导Hela细胞凋亡,具有明显体外抗肿瘤活性。
Objective: To study the in vitro antitumor activity of ethanol extract of Asparagus gobicus (EEA). METHODS: The proliferation of human cervical cancer Hela, human lung adenocarcinoma cell A549, human hepatoma cell HepG2 and human gastric cancer cell SGC7901 was inhibited by MTT assay. The effect of two compounds on the apoptosis of Hela cells was observed under a fluorescence microscope using DAPI/Rh123 double staining. RESULTS: EEA had significant inhibitory effect on the four kinds of tumor cells. After 200 mg·L-1 EEA was applied to Hela cells for 48 h, the apoptosis rate was 80.17%. Conclusion: Gobi ethanol extract has a strong inhibitory effect on many kinds of tumor cells, and can induce apoptosis of Hela cells. It has obvious anti-tumor activity in vitro.
