In this paper, the heart impedance method was used to compare the left ventricular function before and after the tachyarrhythmia in 43 cases. The effects of tachyarrhythmia on cardiac function and the improvement of left ventricular function after cardioversion were also discussed. Of the 43 patients, 17 were early, 15 were supraventricular tachycardia, and 11 were paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.
