为了加强县级医疗保健机构产科建设与管理,依法规范产科服务,遵照《中华人民共和国母婴保健法》及其有关配套法规要求,结合我省实际制订本标准。 一、功能任务 1.承担全县孕产妇系统管理、围产保健及高危孕产妇诊治、监护、终止妊娠及住院分娩。 2.承担全县高危孕产妇抢救,接收基层高危孕产妇转诊。 3.指导全县产科工作,承担基层妇保和妇产人员的实习进修及培训任务。
In order to strengthen obstetrics construction and management of county-level healthcare institutions, standardize obstetrical services in accordance with the law and comply with the “Maternal and Infant Health Care Law of the People’s Republic of China” and its relevant supporting laws and regulations, and formulate this standard in line with our province’s actual conditions. First, the functional tasks 1 bear the county maternal system management, perinatal care and high-risk maternal diagnosis and treatment, custody, termination of pregnancy and hospital delivery. 2. Commitment to the county high-risk maternal rescue, receiving grass-roots high-risk pregnant women referral. 3. To guide the obstetrics work in the county, undertaking grass-roots women’s health insurance and maternity training and training tasks.
