采用汽相转移 (VPT)法合成出结晶度较高的纯MCM 2 2分子筛 ,并首次将硅酸钠应用于VPT法合成MCM 2 2分子筛 ;合成过程模板剂和Na+ 用量与水热合成法相比明显减少。用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜及BET比表面测定对产物作了表征 ,并重点对不同硅源对结晶产物的影响作了讨论
The pure MCM 2 2 molecular sieve with high crystallinity was synthesized by the vapor phase transfer (VPT) method and the sodium silicate was applied to the synthesis of MCM 2 2 molecular sieve by VPT for the first time. Compared with the hydrothermal synthesis method, the template and Na + obviously decrease. The products were characterized by X-ray diffractometry, scanning electron microscopy and BET specific surface area measurement, and the effects of different silicon sources on the crystallization products were discussed
