根据工程设备养护实际情况,在对标准直黄油嘴结构分析的基础上,设计螺纹连接头,加工直黄油嘴,将两者组合,配套使用在工程设备上。通过工程设备养护工作验证,此结构的直黄油嘴组合方式,能够有效提升工程设备此类养护工作的效率与质量,并为类似的设计提供基础。
According to the actual situation of engineering equipment maintenance, based on the analysis of the structure of the standard straight grease nipple, the design of the threaded connector and the machining of the straight grease nipple are combined to be used on the engineering equipment. Through the verification of engineering equipment maintenance work, the straight-type grease nipple combination of this structure can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of such maintenance work of engineering equipment and provide a basis for similar design.
