目的:研究分析应用支气管镜进行高频圈套电切气管良性肿瘤的临床价值以及护理措施。方法:对20例支气管良性肿瘤采用支气管镜进行高频圈套电切治疗并且观察临床疗效。结果:20例气管良性肿瘤经1至5次治疗后,临床症状得到缓解,在纤支镜下可见新生物全部脱落,预后跟踪1至2年,除1例炎性肉芽肿瘤在治疗后2个月复发外其余患者均没有复发。结论:应用支气管镜进行高频圈套电切气管良性肿瘤治疗效果显著,术前准备充分、术中配合熟练加以术后护理精心可以提高治疗的成功率并且降低并发症的出现。
OBJECTIVE: To study the clinical value of bronchoscope for the treatment of benign tumor with electrosurgical excision and the nursing measures. Methods: Twenty cases of bronchial benign tumors were treated by high-frequency electrosurgical excision with bronchoscope and the clinical curative effect was observed. Results: The clinical symptoms of 20 benign tracheal tumors were relieved after 1 to 5 treatments. All new cancers were seen under bronchofiberscopy and the prognosis was followed up for 1 to 2 years. Except for 1 case of inflammatory granulation tumor, 2 The recurrence of the rest of the patients were not relapsed. Conclusion: Bronchoscopy for the treatment of benign tumors with electrosurgical excision of the trachea is effective. The preoperative preparation is adequate. The skilled and careful postoperative nursing can improve the success rate of treatment and reduce the complications.
