由我院和镇江印刷机械厂共同研制的NJ—70汽油机掺水蒸汽节油装置,于1983年4月21日至23日在镇江市召开的科研成果鉴定会上通过鉴定。该节油装置采用了掺汽的方案代替了长期以来的掺水节油方案。经台架、行车试验证明:1.NJ—70汽油机掺水蒸汽节油装置,较好地解决了产汽量和供气量随发动机负荷变化的协调关系;同时将供汽调节与化油器节流阀组成联动机构,合理地解决了油、汽的控制问题。
