沈阳汽车制造厂厂区压缩空气管网系统原为树枝状布置(图1),室外管道约7800m,室内管道约3000m,每小时输送压缩空气约7000m~3,阀门及接嘴多达1100多个。由于管网规模大,管道长,阀门接嘴多,泄漏系数增大,漏气严重,泄漏量平均在20%左右。造成这种情况的主要原因之一就是管网的工艺布置形式。管网系统不便控制、调节。尤其是我厂
The compressed air pipe network system of the Shenyang Automobile Manufacturing Plant was originally a dendritic arrangement (Fig. 1). The outdoor pipe is about 7800m, the indoor pipe is about 3000m, and the compressed air per hour is about 7000m~3, and there are more than 1100 valves and nozzles.
