矿井提升机后备保护系统能有效地减少矿井安全事故,后备系统保护的主要依据是对提升机速度的测量。采用SPMC75F2413A单片机作为矿井提升机速度保护系统的主控制器,对提升机的电机速度连续检测和控制。利用单片机的PDC定时器配合光电脉冲编码器,有效地对速度进行精确测量。利用PID控制器,实现了对电动机的速度控制,提供了一个精确的速度保护,为建立一个完善提升机后备保护系统提供了保障。
Mine hoist backup protection system can effectively reduce the mine safety accidents, the backup system is mainly based on the protection of the speed of the elevator. Using SPMC75F2413A single-chip microcomputer as mine hoist speed protection system, the main controller of the hoist motor speed continuous detection and control. The use of single-chip PDC timer with optical pulse encoder, effectively measuring the speed. The use of PID controller, to achieve the motor speed control, provides an accurate speed protection, to establish a perfect hoist backup protection system provides a guarantee.
