锡青铜保护精炼熔剂旨在配制成一种带有防止合金氧化与抑制其吸氢,同时能在熔炼过程中通过化学反应消除对合金质量有害的SnO_2、SiO_2和AI_2O_3等类杂质,具有这样三重功能的保护精炼熔剂,使锡青铜的材料性能潜力得到较充分的发挥,使合金的熔炼损耗显著降低。
Tin Bronze Protective Refining Solder is designed to be formulated as a catalyst with the function of preventing the oxidation of the alloy and inhibiting the hydrogen absorption thereof, and simultaneously removing impurities such as SnO 2, SiO 2 and Al 2 O 3 which are harmful to the quality of the alloy by chemical reaction during the melting process. Protection of refining flux, tin bronze material performance potential to get more full play, the alloy smelting loss significantly reduced.
