为了贯彻实施好四川省第九届人民代表大会常务委员会第二十六次会议通过的新修订的《四川省会计管理条例》,省人大于2001年12月21日,在成都召开了《四川省会计管理条例》宣传贯彻大会。参加大会的有省级各部门、在蓉国有大型企业的领导,新闻媒体等约200人。省人大副主任黄寅逵、副省长李达昌、省财政厅副厅长王雪梅在会上作了重要讲话。
In order to implement the newly revised “Regulations on the Accounting Management of Sichuan Province” adopted by the Twenty-sixth Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Ninth People’s Congress of Sichuan Province, the Provincial People’s Congress held a meeting in Chengdu, Sichuan Province on December 21, 2001 Accounting Regulations "propaganda and implementation of the General Assembly. There are about 200 people at the provincial level in various departments of the General Assembly, the leaders of large enterprises in Rong State, the news media and so on. Huang Yintao, deputy director of Provincial People’s Congress, Li Dachang, deputy governor, and Wang Xuemei, deputy director of the provincial finance department, made important speeches at the meeting.
